• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging
• Proof of purchase required

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For the health of our plant community, we cannot accept returns on:

• All live plants (perishable nature)
• Opened plant food/treatments
• Used watering/misting products

5.3 Return Process

3. Package items securely with all original materials

Customers cover return shipping unless the return results from our error.

5.4 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

• Begin 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Exchanges (for pots/planters only):

• Follow standard return process
• Include note with desired exchange item
• New item ships after return is processed
